Electric Vehicles In India

Hello everyone,
So to survive with the high prices of petrol and diesel in true sense, we need to stop using cars, scooters and bikes running on petrol or diesel. Instead we(who use personal vehicle) need to switch to electric vehicles(EVs) nowadays.
But how realistic is it switch to EVs?
So in todays blog, I am going to provide my opinion (solution) on this.
Even our Indian Government too had come out with different policies, schemes and subsidies to promote electric cars. There are various benefits of buying an electric car, electric bike, electric scooters etc. such as no worry about fuel prices, better for the environment if everyone starts using EVs even for transport also. Switching to EVs will also help fight against climate change as the production of carbon-dioxide will also reduce by a remarkable percentage.
To promote electric vehicles in India, in 2017, Indian government announced, by 2030 all cars running on Indian road will turn into electric cars
If we look into the Delhi EV policy what we see that by 2024, 25% of the newly registered vehicles will be Electric Vehicles. Also there are various subsidies implemented to be recieved by the owner of an electric vehicle. Allegedly, the subsidy is recieved directly in the bank account within three days of the purchase of an EV. So far, more than 6000 EVs have been bought using this policy.

So let's hope for a better future.
